Investing in Quality

To be able to continuously improve and deliver stable quality, continuous investments are key.  Not only at Q-int, but also in the factories that manufacture for us, we demand continuous improvement.  A big step in realising a strong Quality Control is the abiltiy to measure chemical components in paint, plastics, rubbers and other materials.  

  

Our Triker manufacturer recently invested heavily in new laboratory tools and machines, including a world-class spectrometer that can measure phthalates, PAH values and other chemicals that are restricted in usage for toys and/sports items, according to regulatory standards.

This way we can ensure that for every shipment, we don't have to rely only on the certifications from suppliers, but we can actually double-check if the supplied parts or materials are conform the standards.  >> That is why we ship our products with a Q-int quality label.
